App Review and Information-Level Methodology
Understand what the directory stars mean, which evidence is reviewed and what the score does not guarantee.
Last editorial review: August 11, 2026What the stars mean
Stars describe directory information completeness, not app quality. More complete listings have a specific version, identified source context, distinct category information and a recent editorial check. A low level means more verification is needed.
Four review areas
The editorial desk looks at identity and source clarity, Android and permission context, account and payment information, and responsible-use disclosures.
- Source and operator clarity
- Version and device information
- Account, KYC and payment terms
- Age, location and risk notices
What the stars do not mean
They do not certify an APK, guarantee withdrawals, confirm legality in a user’s location, reproduce a Google Play rating or recommend spending money. Users must verify live terms with the current operator.
Review cadence
High-traffic and downloadable pages should be checked at least every 90 days and after a reported material change. Other entries show the last editorial review date so readers can judge freshness.
