भारत ऑनलाइन गेमिंग कानून: ऐप यूज़र और publishers के लिए अर्थ
भारत का केंद्रीय framework prohibited online money games को permissible e-sports और online social games से अलग करता है। किसी उत्पाद का marketing label, “skill game” दावा या downloadable APK उसकी कानूनी श्रेणी तय नहीं करता।
भारत सरकार के अनुसार Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026, 1 मई 2026 से लागू हुए। सरकारी सामग्री online money games को prohibited बताती है और e-sports तथा online social games के classification और registration का framework बनाती है। यह editorial summary है, कानूनी सलाह नहीं।
सिर्फ operator claim के आधार पर प्रचार, payment facilitation या distribution न करें।

- देखें कि intended copy advertising, promotion, facilitation या payment enablement तो नहीं है।
- Package, hash और signature checklist से APK अलग जाँचें।
- जिम्मेदार reviewer और अगली legal-review date दर्ज करें।
- Status unresolved हो तो केवल information और risk context दें—download, deposit या play CTA नहीं।
Yono Games Now search research के लिए app-identity pages रखता है, लेकिन direct APK distribution बंद है। दिया गया Teen Patti Master URL HTTP 403 लौटा रहा था और file hash, signer या scan नहीं किया जा सका।
ऐप legal claim करे तो Android user क्या करे
- Terms और privacy policy में पूरा company identity खोजें।
- उसी product का current government classification या registration record देखें।
- Influencer post, bonus page या copied “legal in India” FAQ पर भरोसा न करें।
- Successful deposit या download को permission का प्रमाण न मानें।
- Dispute में screenshot, transaction reference और policy version सुरक्षित रखें।
